Music Tonight!

Public Television provides the platform for musicians of all stripes to reach a wide audience; and this evening's programming on KMOS-TV, channel 6.1 proves the point.

"Live From Lincoln Center" will present the Richard Tucker Opera Gala tonight at 7:00 pm, featuring the gala's 2012 award winner along with opera luminaries from the Metropolitan Opera and the New York Chorale Society. Then at 9:00 pm, "Austin City Limits" showcases Steve Martin and the Steep Canyon Rangers with a selection of original bluegrass tunes written and performed by the comedian/banjo player.
