Today is Winter Weather Awareness Day
The National Weather Service, Missouri Department of Health and Senior Services, the State Emergency Management Agency and Missouri's local emergency managers are joining forces to promote Nov. 14 as Winter Weather Awareness Day in Missouri. The attached news release has more information about ways families can prepare for winter storms. Also, if you haven't signed up for Textcaster, the university's emergency text message service, now is a good time to do so. It can provide you with severe weather updates and information about school cancellations and delays. Click on the link below for more information.
