Two citizen-reporters test freedom of the press in China
Public television's POV (Point of View) series presents the documentary "High Tech, Low Life," a film produced by two self-appointed reporters who document the underside and consequences of China's rapid economic development. The program begins at 9:00 pm tonight on UCM's public television station KMOS-TV channel 6.1
