Teach In on Sustainable Solutions
"Why should I recycle?" "Why can't I pour that down the sink?" "Why does is matter if I know where my foods comes from?" UCM presents the Fifth annual Teach-In on Sustainable Solutions Wednesday, February 20 in the Elliott Union. Representatives of academic disciplines from across the campus will join experts in the field and industry leaders to offer nearly 20 45-minute presentations throughout the day. The wide array of subjects will be related to environmental sustainability, the effects of communities on the environment, and what individuals and companies are doing to mitigate their impact on the environment.
