Gillis to Moderate Discussion with Baseball Legend Frank White
Kansas City Royals baseball legend Frank White will discuss his new book, "One Man's Dream: My Town, My Team, My Time" as part of the Negro Leagues Baseball Museum "Swing Into History: Baseball and American Culture" program series at 6:30 p.m. Thursday, March 28.
Delia Gillis, professor of history and director of the Center for Africana Studies, will moderate the discussion with White in the Fields of Legends section of the museum at 1616 E. 18th St., Kansas City, Mo. White also will be available to sign copies of his book, which will be available at the Extra Inning Museum Store.
