Face-to-Face Coaching Session Available Feb 12 or 13

With Face-to-Face lifestyle coaching, you can meet with a certified health and wellness coach once a month for a free 25-minute session, during which you will receive confidential, personalized support for healthy behavior changes, develop a wellness plan with monthly goals, receive guidance for creating an environment that supports your healthy lifestyle, and identify ways to build your strengths and confidence to sustain a healthy lifestyle. You can participate in these coaching sessions here on the UCM campus in Human Resources, Room 100. February dates are Feb 12 8:00-4:00 or Feb 13 8:00-4:00.
