New KMOS-TV program offers estate advice for Missouri farm families
Designed for families involved in agribusiness, AgriLegacy, a new series on KMOS-TV, the University of Central Missouri’s public broadcasting station, is hosted by financial planners Wes Hentges and Galen Dody. The series is designed to help farm families navigate the planning process by simplifying the integration of documents like trusts and buy-sell agreements while examining the road to preserving the family farm. The first episode airs at 8 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 10, with a repeat at 6:30 p.m. Sunday, Jan. 13. Dody and Hentges visit with UCM’s Kyle Lovercamp, assistant professor of agriculture, on the topic: "15 Common Disasters in Estate and Succession Planning for Agribusiness Owners.
