Grants and Funding
Congratulations! The Office of Sponsored Programs and Research Integrity would like to announce nine new awards in August to members of our UCM community. First is funding for the Created Equal: America's Civil Rights Struggle submitted by Dr. Delia Gillis and funded by the Gilder Lehrman Institute of American History. The second is funding for the Statewide Seatbelt Survey submitted to the Highway Safety Division MODOT with Terry Butler named as the principal investigator. Dr. Michael Wright received three awards from the Missouri Department of Elementary & Secondary Education for the FY14 Building Bridges Conference, Professional Services Contract and NCI & NTI Facilitation. Dr. Ronnie Rollins has received two awards from the Missouri Department of Elementary & Secondary Education for his work with the CISCO Regional Academy. Dr. Douglas Koch has received an award from the College and Career Readiness DESE for the Technology Certificate Program. Kim Vansell has received funding from the Missouri Department of Public Safety for work with EUDL compliance, and Amy Kiger has been funded through ACT Missouri for work with Engaging Men in Violence Prevention. Finally, Michael OKeefe has received an award from the US Department of Agriculture for the Rural Public Television Station Digital Transition Grant Program.
