Mandatory Aviation Safety Stand Down Day for All Aviation Students on February 25, 2013
On Monday, February 25th, all Aviation students are required to attend a mandatory Safety Stand Down Day meeting at Skyhaven Airport. We are accredited through ABBI and they require this of all Aviation students so the Department of Aviation is asking that faculty please excuse all Aviation students from classes that day from 12:00 pm to 5:00 pm so that they can attend this mandatory meeting. We have provided a letter from Tony Monetti, Assistant Dean of Aviation, for students to provide to their teachers asking that they excuse students from classes during this time.
