Storm Spotter Training Available in 2013

The National Weather Service works with emergency management personnel throughout the state to help prepare spotters for the severe weather season. Individuals who are interested in becoming storm spotters for 2013 are encouraged to take advantage of Storm Spotter Training offered by the NWS at 7 p.m., March 21, in Nahm Auditorium of the W.C. Morris Science Building. More details will be available closer to the event. It is being hosted by UCM's Department of Public Safety and Warrensburg/Johnson County Emergency Management.
