Angel Tree 2013

This year UCM is once again sponsoring the 2nd Annual Angel Tree here on campus, specifically for employees and students. If you would like to help an Angel have a wonderful holiday season, NOW is your opportunity. We are collecting names and wishes until November 13th at noon. If you know of someone who could use some help, please direct them to the form at: https://docs.google.com/a/ucmo.edu/forms/d/1Y9SpoTTYjQBunV_o3OzgCjGDb97eLvFjDCpYgWG1Zr0/viewform

The Angels will be hanging on the tree in the Student Rec Center Lobby beginning Nov 15th. Simply choose an Angel off the tree and shop for their needs and wishes. You have until December 9th to bring your wrapped gifts too Admin 101. Please be sure and label your packages with the # at the top of your Angel label so we can keep the gifts sorted correctly.

Interested in helping but shopping is not your thing? Not a problem!! Select your Angel off the tree and bring it to Admin 101 with your cash donation. We have enlisted several elves that will be glad to do the shopping and wrapping for you! Remember anyone can adopt an Angel; individuals, offices/dept and student groups are welcome to join in the fun!

Maybe you have extra trinkets that make good stocking stuffers, extra shirt boxes or tons of wrapping paper you want to donate; we will take that too.

Last year there were many tears of joy from mom's and dad's that were relieved to know that there child was going to wake up to gifts Christmas morning. Excitement from students who got together to shop for a child in need and made sure to buy the batteries so the child would be able to play with something right away. UCM staff, faculty and students taking care of each other during the holiday season is reason why so many of us, Choose Red!
