Requests for Multimedia Classroom Support
When you need assistance with projectors or other technology equipment in UCM classrooms, please contact the Technology Support Center at email@example.com or 660.543.4357. We'll open a work ticket for your issue, and ensure that we have all the necessary information about the equipment and location before we dispatch a technician.
Remember, if you have an immediate need for assistance, please call the TSC and convey the urgency of the situation to the support specialist over the phone.
