Annual Flu Vaccine Clinic

The University Health Center will be holding the annual flu vaccine clinic on Wednesday, October 10th from 9:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. in Union 236. Open to all faculty, staff, and students. Cost for the vaccine is $20 or bring a copy of your UCM BCBS or UHCSR(student) insurance card. Print and complete the 1st page of the Influenza Vaccine Administration Record and bring with you.
