Face-to-Face Coaching Sessions Available 2/13 and 2/14
With face-to-face lifestyle coaching, you can meet with a certified health and wellness coach once a month for a 25-minute session, during which you will receive a confidential, personalized support for healthy behavior changes, develop a wellness plan with monthly goals towards improving your overall health, receive guidance for creating an environment that supports your healthy lifestyle, and identify ways to build your strengths and confidence to sustain lifestyle and behavior changes.
