Want to Be Tobacco Free? Free help is available for UCM students, faculty, and staff who smoke, dip, or chew. This tobacco cessation service includes:meetings with a trained quit coach, a personalized quit plan, free nicotine replacement therapy (patches, gum, or lozenges) and free follow-up support. We know friends and family can help or hinder your efforts to quit. Family members you are living with or your roommates are also welcome to participate in this program at no cost.
