Holiday Market Vendor Registration

Interested in having a booth at the annual UCM Holiday Market? A few booth spaces are still available for the event that will take place from 4-7 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 5, 2012, in the Elliott Union Ballrooms.

Vendor space is limited to UCM students, faculty or staff. UCM students, faculty and staff can sponsor a family member to have a booth at the event. The UCM sponsor will need to fill out the form and be present at the event. There is a limit of one booth space per person. A booth space will consist of one eight-foot table and two chairs. Electricity is available upon request. Each vendor is required to donate a door prize which will be awarded during the Holiday Market. Booth space will be assigned in the order received as space permits. There is a limit of booth space to only one consultant per company, such as Mary Kay, Pampered Chef, Scentsy, etc.

To request a booth space, complete the registration form at the link listed below - Wednesday, Nov. 14 is the last day to register! You will be contacted by Friday, Nov. 16 with confirmation and the location of your booth.
