Gentle Yoga

Gentle Yoga will resume this Wednesday and continue the Mon/Wed schedule thereafter. This is a very slow, deliberate introduction to yoga that focuses on breathing and alignment. If you have any joint issues or joint replacements, you must consult with your doctor to inform yourself of the necessary accommodations required to protect your joints.
