Session 2: The fundamental steps for developing, managing, and prioritizing your departmental budget. Session 3: Techniques to resolve conflicts between faculty, students, and staff. Session 4: Methods for recruiting, hiring, retaining, developing, and evaluating faculty. Webinars are scheduled 2/20, 2/27, 3/6, and 3/12 at noon in Dockery 203.
