The University of Central Missouri and Dale Carnegie and Associates have partnered to provide an array of professional certificates.

High Impact Leadership

Master the capabilities demanded in today’s business environment. Learn to strengthen interpersonal relations, manage stress and handle fast-changing conditions. Participants will be better equipped to perform as a persuasive communicator, creative problem-solver and focused leader.

360 Degree Leadership

Learn how to drive innovation, plan and define performance goals, utilize time effectively, delegate, analyze
problems, make decisions, communicate across all levels within an organization and present ideas in a way that gets results.

Team Leadership
