College For a Day
The goals of College for a Day are:
• to foster in Kansas City metro high school students the goal of attending college;
• provide a positive first-hand experience on a college campus;
• provide knowledge to parents and teachers about the college experience;
• provide an opportunity to experience student life by touring campus and eating in the residence hall;
• provide a chance to hear from current students about the college experience;
• provide information about college application processes and academic field of study;
• introduce students to key UCM personnel;
• establish an outgoig connection to UCM.
