Terry Nixon

Terry Nixon is a consultant for the Entrepreneurial Innovation and Development Corporation (EIDC also known as the Entrepreneur Zone).  He has worked in technology transfer for two major universities and assisted faculty start-up companies, brokered interactions between venture capital investors and faculty inventors, evaluated technologies for patenting, and marketed and licensed out technologies. 

He was president and founder of Technology Development Inc and he was V.P and COO of Incubator Technologies Inc. (ITI), a for-profit business incubator focused on starting technology based companies.   

He has a B.S. in Electrical Engineering and an M.S. in Engineering Management from the University of Missouri-Rolla (UMR). 

He currently is President/founder of Outside Partner LLC which provides consulting to technology based organizations on intellectual property and technology transfer, new product development, strategic planning, and SBIRs.
