Dr. Bowman has worked in residence life, counseling centers, and student activities. He has been licensed and nationally certified as a Professional Counselor. Prior to UCM, he has served as Program Coordinator of the College Student Personnel Administration programs at Northern Illinois University and Northwestern State University
