Dr. Moeder is the Associate Director of University Housing and has worked in this department since 1996. She completed an educational doctorate in Educational Leadership and Policy Analysis in a cohort program involving University of Central Missouri, the University of Missouri-Columbia, and other state schools. She holds a masters degree in College Student Personnel as well as a secondary education, English degree from Kansas State University. Her work experiences include full time employment in university housing/residence life since 1992. While at Central Missouri,
Dr. Moeder has served as president of the Professional Staff Council and, as such, has served on the University President's Cabinet. Professional involvements include executive board positions in the Upper Midwest Region Association of College and University Housing Officers (UMR-ACUHO). Research interests include administrative ethics as well as student organizational advisement.
