Meet Janie Seymour
Janie Seymour, administrative assistant to the UCM Foundation executive director, spends a lot of time working with the Foundation Board of Directors and helping students.
Originally from Topeka, Kan., she attended the University of Kansas and Clark's School of Business in Topeka. Prior to UCM, she was executive assistant to the owner and CEO of a commercial general contractor in Kansas City. Janie also spent many years at the Bryan Cave law firm, first as executive assistant to the managing partner and then as assistant director in human resources. She came to UCM in 2003.
Janie has two sons and three grandsons, and in her spare time, enjoys watching college basketball (especially the KU Jayhawks), cooking and reading.
