Meet Mike Armstrong
Originally from Lee’s Summit, Mo., Mike Armstrong has been a major gifts officer for the UCM Foundation since 2007. Prior to UCM, Mike worked in sales and as a high school history teacher. He earned his bachelor's in philosophy and humanities at Northwest Missouri State University and his teaching credentials at Northern New Mexico Community College. Mike enjoys his current position because he travels, works independently and meets new people.
He is married and has two small children. Mike volunteers his time for the Lone Jack School District Foundation, and in his spare time, enjoys woodworking, gardening and bicycling.
