Meet Vance DeLozier
Vance DeLozier, a native of Warrensburg, is a real estate broker and majority interest owner in D&H Media, which operates 1450 KOKO and 98.5 The Bar, KWKJ. He has been a broker with Key Realty since 1977 and also worked with DeLozier Realty and KeyMark Properties. He has also worked as a DJ, sports director, play-by-play man, program director, music director and sales manager for radio stations.
Vance graduated from UCM with a BS in public relations with a functional major in radio, television and film in 1971. He received the UCM Distinguished Service Award in 2011 and was subsequently featured in the "Today" magazine. He also received the Lambda Chi Alpha Outstanding Alumni honor. Vance is also active with the Missouri Association of Realtors and a trustee for MAR political action committee, concerned with issues that affect property owners.
Vance and his wife, Loree, have three adult children, five grandchildren and two great-granddaughters.
