Carder Named Interim Foundation Executive Director
Feb. 2010 — Aaron Podolefsky, president of the University of Central Missouri, has named Dale Carder, associate vice 
president, corporate relations, to serve as interim chief development officer and interim executive director of the UCM Foundation following the resignation of Joe Kremer.
Carder’s 19-year career with UCM has taken him to 10 unique positions, giving him an opportunity to use his vast leadership skills in ROTC, continuing education, enrollment management, outreach, marketing and corporate relations.
He joined the university in 1991 after serving in the U.S. Army for 20 years, where he achieved the rank of lieutenant colonel. In addition to a bachelor’s degree in education from UCM, Carder holds a master’s degree in human resource management from Pepperdine University.
