Undergraduate
Whether you are just beginning your college search, are a high school student exploring your options, a transfer student considering completing your degree at UCM or a returning adult, the undergraduate admissions site is the right place for you.

Graduate

International
Students who are not a citizen of the United States or who do not have a Permanent Resident Card are considered an International Students. Check the International Center web site for information on admission to UCM.

Financial Assistance

Cost should not be a barrier to earning a valuable college degree. We strive to make the financial aid process easy for you and your family to navigate. Admissions Requirements

What does it take to get admitted to UCM? Here's what you need to know:

  • Complete the Missouri college preparatory curriculum with a high school GPA of 2.0
  • Achieve a 21 or higher on the ACT or 990 on the SAT
    Most students take the test in their junior or senior year of high school. Ask your high school counselor for a schedule of test dates.
  • Combined Percentile Index equal to or exceeding 100.

Housing & Dining

One of the best ways to adjust to college life is to live on campus in a residence hall, campus apartment or Greek house. UCM's residence halls are a short walk from classroom buildings and recreational facilities. UCM provides Special Housing Interest Programs (SHIP) for students with similar interests and majors, such as honors, graduate and non-traditional students, to live with students together. UCM has many convenient choices for student dining, including retail locations like Chick-fil-A, Taco Bell, Pizza Hut, Einstein Bros. Bagels , Jazzman's Café and a new dining hall. To read about meal plans or to plan your weekly meals, visit the dining services web site.

Student Life

Focused on fostering leadership through student involvement, the Office of Campus Activities organizes and oversees events that bring students together in fun and learning situations. Ranging from student organizations to retreats to intramural sporting events, campus activities provides UCM students with a variety of entertainment and leadership options.

Campus Safety

University police officers have adopted and are committed to a community police philosophy in their daily operations. Officers are on duty 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. In addition, there is a crime prevention program, a bicycle patrol unit, and the Student Assistant Foot Patrol and Escort (SAFE) Team available to assist students, faculty and staff members.
