Lofts

Loft information

Only lofts rented from Campus Lofts at www.collegeproduct.com/ucm will be approved for residence halls. It is recommended that new students speak with their roommate before renting a loft.

Linens

Beginning Fall 2014, all residence hall rooms will have extra long beds.

Students are responsible for bringing their own bedding. Residence halls requiring extra long twin sheets are Ellis, Nattinger, Bradshaw, Fitzgerald, Houts, Hosey, Yeater and South Yeater. Residence halls requiring standard twin sheets are Nickerson, University Conference Center (UCC), Panhellenic, and the Fraternity Complex. Two upperclass halls, Diemer and South Todd, require standard full-size sheets. If you live in a hall that provides standard twin mattresses, you may request an extra long mattress through University Housing at 660-543-4515.

The University Housing Leadership Team has partnered with Residence Hall Linens to make sure our students have an easy to find, affordable way to purchase any bedding and campus living needs. Everything sold through this program is guaranteed until graduation, and all of the bedding items are guaranteed to fit XL twin and standard twin mattresses. You will receive more information about the linen program this summer.

Cable Television

The on-campus housing package includes Charter extended basic cable channels. You must bring your own television.

Cable channel 95 is the Mule Max movie channel, which provides a daily movie line-up especially for UCM Students.

Telephone Services

Students may receive local telephone service at a discounted rate. Students must bring their own telephone. For more information about telephone services, please contact the Office of Telecommunications at 660-543-4999.

Laundry rooms are located in every complex and are available 24 hours a day. The cost is only $1.25 per cycle to wash and $1 per cycle to dry. You may use cash or your student I.D. debit card.
