Program of Study
A Program of Study should be submitted to the graduate program advisor as soon as admissions procedures is complete. It is the obligation of the student to ensure a Program of Study is filed with the Graduate Studies Office. Students must file the Program of Study prior to completion of 12 hours of graduate study. Students who fail to do so are not eligible to enroll in further course work until the Program of Study has been submitted.
Program of Study templates are available at the following link: http://ucmo.edu/graduate/current/programs.cfm
No substitutions are permitted for courses required in the degree program when a student has earned a grade below a B in the couse.
If there are any changes in the courses you are taking for your degree after you have submitted your Program of Study, you must submit a Request for Change in Program of Study to Graduate Studies.
When you apply for graduation, your approved Program of Study will be compared to your transcript, so it is very important that the courses listed on your Program of Study match exactly with the courses that you actually take.
If you would like to change from one graduate program to another, you must contact Graduate Studies to complete the proper forms. Graduate credit earned on one degree program might not be applicable for a different degree program. Please consult with your graduate advisor for more information.
Time Limit
All courses that satisfy program requirements must have been completed during the eight-year period immediately preceding graduation. Any courses not completed within the eight-year limit can not be applied toward a degree.
