Nickerson Apartments
Nickerson Apartments are located on the west side of campus. It is the close to the library, Health Center, and Union, which houses a bowling alley, billiards, food (such as Chic-fil-A®, Taco Bell®, Pizza Hut®, Burger King®, Sub Connection and more), the University Store, and is the hub for campus activities. The nearest dining center is Westside Market, which is conveniently located a few steps away.

- 16 furnished one-bedroom apartments (may have as a single or with a roommate)
- Upperclass facility
- Laundry facilities in lower level of building
- All utilities, plus cable and Internet paid (telephone is not included, but is optional through a local provider)
