Dental Insurance
Two dental plans are available to full-time and part-time employees and their dependents through Delta Dental of Missouri. UCM will pay for the full-time employee portion of Plan A. Part-time employees are responsible for the full cost of dental insurance coverage.
Dental benefits are provided according to a subscriber year benefit period, which begins on the date your Delta Dental of Missouri membership is effective and continues for 12 consecutive months. A new benefit period renews on the first day of your anniversary month.
Coverage is effective the first day of the month following your hire date. Dental services must be obtained from a dentist in the Delta Dental of Missouri network.
