Employees completing their probationary period after January 1 will receive their first annual performance appraisal by May 1 of the following calendar year.
Newly hired exempt employees with more than 4 months of service will receive their first performance appraisal by the annual April 30 deadline. Those with less than 4 months of service (hired after Janaury 1) will receive their first annual performance appraisal by May 1 of the following calendar year.Performance appraisals will also be conducted for nonexempt employees at the conclusion of the 3-month qualifying period after they have transferred to another nonexempt position on campus.
