Document Summary... Faculty members and instructors are provided space for their web sites on the faculty.ucmo.edu web server. In order to request
web space or to add authors to an existing web site, you should use this form. The
person requesting the space or the author permissions MUST have a network login
account.

Add an Author - Use these forms to request that a Central employee or student be
granted permission to create and modify web pages within an existing Central web
site.
NOTE: The www2 server has been disabled. All new course and faculty-related
web sites must be developed on the new "faculty.ucmo.edu" server.
