Missouri Safety Center Dress Code:
The Center is a formal training environment for civilians and professionals alike. All students are asked to follow our dress code which consists of attire that is typically found in a professional office environment; T-shirts, tank tops, shorts or sandals are not appropriate in class.

Cost is $275 per person for the 40 hour certification training (Lunch not provided)

What makes our training different? Comparing this training with training from MARC and MO Highway Patrol, we include (2) days of practical applications using role players to simulate real calls,and to practice efficiently getting the necessary information from a variety of emergency scenarios.

Our goal is to provide new dispatchers with the necessary skills, and to expand the capabilities of current, non-certified dispatchers, so all may have a successful career as a vital link in law enforcement/emergency response.

Participants are given:

•The training includes a thumb drive with all material and resources needed for the basic course, and to take with them for an on the job reference.

•Certification for completion of the 40-hour Basic Telecommunication (Dispatch) course, which meets the requirements of the Department of Homeland Security.
