REGISTRATION FOR THE 2013 SUMMER MUSIC CAMP AT UCM

If you are unable to register online, or would prefer to register by mail, please contact us at email@example.com or 660-543-4680 to request a printed registration form be mailed to your home.
Please complete your Summer Music Camp Registration via the following steps:
- COMPLETE the online Registration Form, making sure to answer every question.
- SUBMIT the form
- CHOOSE your payment option: either paying online with a credit card ($100 deposit or pay in full), OR printing the completed registration form and send via USPS along with payment.
- You will receive a CONFIRMATION e-mail at the e-mail address you provide on your registration, from the Camp Secretary, shortly after your registration is submitted, with additional details and information, including a web link for your student camper's account, that will allow you to return and pay your remaining balance at a later date, should you choose.
- NOTE: A $100 minimum deposit will be due to the address provided.
- WATCH your mail for a letter and "Camp Facts" sheet from our Camp Director, further welcoming you to the UCM Music Camp, and providing important considerations, dates, times, and other helpful information.
