Important Dates

FALL 2012

Fri 8-31: Registration forms should be received by this date to insure prompt processing. If forms arrive later, we cannot guarantee that a teacher will be able to contact the student/family in time for lessons to start promptly the week of Sept 5. There will be no pro-rating of tuition for students who miss the first week of lessons due to this circumstance.

8/29-9/2: Teachers will contact parents to schedule lessons.

9/5: No lessons; students with Monday lessons will need to make arrangements for a make-up lesson sometime during the semester when it is agreeable for both student and teacher.

9/5: (week of) Lessons begin

10/1: Cancellation of registration must take place before this date for any refunds to be issued.

11/19 (week of): No lessons (Thanksgiving Vacation Week)

Sat 12/8: 1:30-3:30 pm - Community Music Program Recital and reception

There will be no pro-rating of tuition for students who miss the first week of lessons due to this circumstance.

1/23-27: Teachers will contact parents to schedule lessons

1/28 (week of): Lessons begin

3/1: Cancellation of registration must take place before this date for any refunds to be issued.

3/18 (week of): No lessons (UCM Spring Vacation)

Sat 5/4: 1:30-3:30 pm - Community Music Program Recital and Reception
