WARRENSBURG, MO (March 12, 2012) –A red carpet premier event featuring a showing of the film "Mission Impossible 4 Ghost Protocol" will celebrate the completion of the Charno Room renovation at 3 p.m. Thursday, March 29.
The first 35 people to attend the event will experience the surround-sound movie from the new, leather home-theater style seats in the Charno Room. Additionally, this space will be available for reservation through UCM Meeting and Conference Services for use as a media room or reception space.
The Elliott Union is considered the “campus living room” and is open to students and the public seven days a week. The services available in the building include U.S. Bank, the UCM ID Card Office, the Union Bowling Center, a DVD rental kiosk, Meeting and Conference Services, the University Store, numerous retail food vendors and the Office of Accessibility and Office of Student Activities.
