Fans Invited to Join UCM in Cheering Cook on to Victory

UCM graduate David Cook has made it to American Idol’s final two, and we’re meeting again to cheer him on at Union Station in Kansas City. Join us for a final watch party at The Bistro of Union Station from 6 to 9 p.m., Tuesday, May 20. The atmosphere is fun for families with younger members as well as for adults with food and drink specials available.
We’ve discovered even more UCM connections to David Cook. His elementary music teacher, Fredalyn Gentry, whom you may have seen on the show as part of Cook’s hometown extravaganza, is a Central Missouri graduate. His younger brother, Andrew, who is a current UCM student, even received some Idol air time.
So, join us one more time to cheer on one of our own to an exciting future!
