McCaskill to Address 2010 Missouri Girls State at UCM

WARRENSBURG, MO (June 21, 2010) – U.S. Senator Claire McCaskill will address the 2010 session of Missouri Girls State at 7:50 p.m. Monday, June 21, at the University of Central Missouri.
McCaskill will adress the delegates via teleconference in Hendricks Hall. She is one of several government officials and civic leaders who will address the group during the 2010 session June 20-26. Catherine Hanaway, St. Louis attorney and former Speaker of the Missouri House of Representatives, opened the 2010 session Sunday evening, June 20, and Missouri State Treasurer Clint Zweifel addressed the group Monday morning.
Missouri Governor Jay Nixon will address the group at 7:30 p.m. Tuesday, June 22, and Missouri State Senator Jolie Justus will speak at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday. Missouri Secretary of State Robin Carnahan will adress the delegates at 10:45 a.m. Thursday, June 24.
