The Mules (11-2) are seeded fourth in Super Region 4, while the Bearcats (11-1) are seeded third. Both teams have won two playoff games, including road wins over the top two seeded teams in the region last week. The Bearcats finished first in the MIAA, with the Mules taking second, thanks to a 45-yard field goal as time expired on Nov. 6 in Warrensburg to give NWMSU a 17-16 victory. The contest was played in front of an MIAA campus site record 13,096 fans at Walton Stadium/Kennedy Field.
The only tickets remaining for this Saturdays game are standing room only, and will be sold at the gate on game day or at northwestbearcats.com for $10. Fans can bring bag chairs or sit on the hills in the endzones.
