Tickets Still Available for "Ricky Nelson Remembered" Sept. 17

WARRENSBURG, MO (Sept. 8, 2010) – Tickets are still available for “Ricky Nelson Remembered,” a tribute to the American rock and roll legend by his sons, Matthew and Gunnar, presented by the University of Central Missouri’s Performing Arts Series at 7:30 p.m. Friday, Sept. 17 in Hendricks Hall.
Tickets may be purchased through the Performing Arts Series box office in Administration 100 on the UCM campus, by calling 660-543-8888, or online. UCM students may obtain tickets at half price with a valid student ID.
The Nelson Brothers, joined the Stone Canyon Band, will pay homage to their father with what has been called “a multi-media rock and roll experience.” The performance will include videos and interviews with legends Paul McCartney, John Fogarty and others.
Season tickets also remain available for the full 2010-2011 season.
