PAS Offers "A Tale of Two Heroes"

WARRENSBURG - 10/31/2006 -
Seating remains available for all performances of "A Tale of Two Heroes: The Adventures of El Matador and Flynn the Swashbuckler," a delightful children's performance produced and directed by the UCM Department of Theatre as part of the UCM Performing Arts Series.
Matinee, Evening Performances Planned
Performances are planned for 9:30 a.m. and 12:30 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 2, and Friday Nov. 3. A 7:30 p.m. performance also will be presented on Friday, Nov. 3, along with a 10 a.m. performance Saturday, Nov. 4. All performances are in Hendricks Hall.
Children Can Enjoy the Music and Adventure
Full of lighthearted music and adventure, the original drama written by Sam Stokes follows the efforts of the two heroes to rescue the fair Princess Zinnia from the villain El Toro.
Reserve Your Seats Now
Tickets are $3 for matinee performances and $5 for the Friday evening performance. PAS season tickets holders will be seated in their assigned seating during the 7:30 p.m. Friday evening performance.
Friends of the PAS Reception
Heroes Restaurant will host a Friends of the Performing Arts Series reception from 6 to 7:30 p.m., prior to the Friday night performance, in the Friends Lounge.
