Sen. Pearce, Rep. Still Guests on "Jeff City Journal"

WARRENSBURG, MO (March 22, 2011) –Missouri State Senator David Pearce and State Representative Mary Still of Columbia discuss Missouri education and education funding on the next episode of "Jeff City Journal" at 8:30 p.m. Friday, March 25 on KMOS-TV channel 6.1.
In a conversation with journalist Jennifer Moore, the two legislators discuss efforts to ensure that higher education is affordable for more students. They also analyze the role of technology in schools and the ways that education will provide growth in Missouri's economy.
"Jeff City Journal" is a weekly public affairs program highlighting activities in the Missouri legislative session. KMOS produces the show in collaboration with public television stations KCPT, Kansas City; Ozarks Public Television, Springfield/Joplin; and KETC, St. Louis.
