UCM Board of Governors Decide on President’s Contract

WARRENSBURG, MO (Oct. 13, 2009) – At a closed meeting on Oct. 2, the UCM of Governors decided to allow the contract of President Aaron Podolefsky to expire on June 30, 2010. The board will soon announce details on launching a presidential search process that will include a wide range of stakeholders.
“We appreciate the contributions President Podolefsky has made in leading the university through a name change, the current construction projects, and successful efforts to improve the academic profile of the university,” said Richard Phillips, President of the UCM Board of Governors. “We anticipate a smooth transition as we work through this process.”
