White Honored with Outstanding Support Staff Award

WARRENSBURG, MO (April 19, 2012) –Becky White, office professional IV in the Department of Mathematics and Computer Science at the University of Central Missouri, recently received the UCM Outstanding Support Staff Award at the annual UCM Support Staff Recognition Breakfast April 13.
Nominated by her peers, White was recognized for her dedication to her job, offering assistance in a variety of ways to faculty, staff and students, along with her commitment to encouraging and helping students reach their educational goals. She has worked as an office professional for the Department of Mathematics and Computer Science for 30 years. A native of Amsterdam, Mo., she currently resides in Warrensburg with her husband, J.R.
The Outstanding Support Staff Award is presented annually to recognize the dedication and outstanding service of a member of the university support staff, based upon nominations by peers.
