Women ROCK!
Every Wednesday night from 7-10pm.

          Ladies the time has come! Enjoy a relaxing evening of climbing/learning how to climb, great music, and lots of fun at the SRWC Rock Wall! The ladies of TREK Outdoor Adventures will be available to belay, teach belaying, give climbing advice, and so much more.

Basic Archery Instructor Course

This free course is designed for future teachers who want to build resume experience and incorporate Archery curriculum in future teaching endeavours. NASP is a national program that uses archery to boost youths' physical activity and self-condence.

Late Night Crate Stacking

Looking for something new to try? Join Rec. Center Staff for some late night crate stacking on the Lower Rec Center courts. No experience needed, all equipment provided!


Archery 101 - Learn to Shoot

Interested in learning the sport of archery? Join Rec. Staff members as they teach you the basics of indoor archery, followed by plenty of time to practice and ask questions. All equipment provided, no personal equipment allowed.

Rock Wall Mile Challenge

Do you have what it takes to climb a vertical mile on the UCM Rock Wall - 164 vertical climbs. Participants will have 30 days to complete the challenge. See rock wall staff for detail.


Adaptive Rock Climbing Clinic

UCM & Paradox Sports will host Professional Rock Climbers Timmy O'neil, Sean O'neil, and Pete Davis for an in-depth look at adaptive rock climbing, program will be followed on Saturday by an adaptive climbing clinic.


Introduction to Fly Tying

Few thrills can match the excitement of landing a trophy trout on a hand tied fly. This introductory course will teach participants the basics of fly tying, tool use, material selection, and some of the most effective fly patterns for catching Trout in Missouri.

Bouldering Competition

Climbers of all abilities are welcome to participate in this pick and choose, social climbing event. Beginner / Intermediate / Advanced categories.


Spring Bicycle Tune-up

Work alongside our highly skilled bicycle mechanic as he helps you get your bicycle back in tune for spring riding! This interactive program will teach you how to properly adjust your brakes, check your wheels and tires, adjust your gears for proper shifting, lubricate & clean your cables & chain, check bearings, and adjust your bike for proper fit and comfortable ride
