Technology Support Center
Technology Support Center Mission
The Technology Support Center will support the Office of Technology departmental mission by providing software, hardware, and technical support and expertise to the UCM community. We are dedicated to providing support that is courteous, timely, and accurate.
Support Hours
Support services provided at the TSC include password resets, WiFi help, anti-virus support, and general troubleshooting of technical problems.
Walk-in support is available in Ward Edwards 0800 Monday thru Friday from 7 am until 8 pm. Appointments may be made for weekend support as needed.
TSC phones are answered 24/7. When TSC staff members are not on site, an answering service representative may take a message for call back the next day. If immediate service is required, TSC staff will be paged for rapid response.

What is The Network Status Message?
The status of UCM systems is posted by the Technology Support Center staff when there is a confirmed network or server outage that affects multiple users. The message is updated as new information becomes available and can be checked by calling 660-543-4357.
