• Coordinating university programs related to curriculum, integrative studies, accreditation reviews, articulation agreements, planned placement, program reviews (graduate and undergraduate), academic policies and procedures
• Updating the Faculty Guide and academic calendar.  
• Hears student appeals and works to resolve student problems related to academic affairs. 

The associate provost for academic programs and services represents the provost on and off campus when assigned.
