University Excellence in Teaching Award
Criteria for the Governor's Excellence in Teaching Award:
- Evidence of effective teaching
- Evidence of innovation in course design and delivery
- Evidence of effective advising
- Evidence of service to the college/university community
- Evidence of commitment to high standards of excellence
- Evidence of success in nurturing student achievement
Faculty typically receive the call for nominations in August. Specific dates will be announced by the Provost Office via email. Refer questions to Donna Mayeux.
